ABCD Building

The ABCD Building is the central Administrative and Business Hub of Dholera SIR, offering single-window clearance for all approvals while housing the city’s Command & Control Center that manages ICT and SCADA systems. Located in TP2 West (Phase 1) within the Knowledge & IT Zone, it stands as a landmark project and a strong symbol of investor confidence in Dholera Smart City.

City integrated operations Centre

The City Integrated Operations Centre (CIOC) at Dholera SIR serves as the city’s central command and control hub, forming the digital backbone of India’s first Greenfield Smart City. It integrates advanced technologies for real-time monitoring, traffic and utility management, disaster response, and citizen services—positioning Dholera as a benchmark for smart urban development.

Water Treatment Plant

At the heart of Dholera’s water infrastructure is a 50 MLD Water Treatment Plant, scalable up to 150 MLD to meet future demand. Treated water is stored in Mass Balancing Reservoirs and distributed through a piped network and Elevated Service Reservoirs, ensuring steady pressure and reliable supply across industrial, residential, commercial, and institutional zones.

Sewage Treatment Plant

Dholera’s Sewage Treatment Plant begins with a 10 MLD capacity, scalable up to 30 MLD, supplying recycled water for domestic use. Together with its integrated water network, the system ensures sustainable management and reliable supply—strengthening Dholera’s vision as a future-ready smart city.

Effluent Treatment Plant

Dholera Special Investment Region (DSIR) features a 20 MLD Common Effluent Treatment Plant (CETP) (expandable to 60 MLD) and a 10 MLD Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) (expandable to 30 MLD) to manage industrial and domestic waste. These, located in the activation area, use advanced biological/mechanical filtration for water recycling, aligning with sustainable city

Power Infrastructure

Dholera SIR is backed by a strong power infrastructure with two DISCOM provisions. Torrent Power has developed advanced substations, including a 400/220 kV gas-insulated, SCADA-enabled unit, supporting 500 MVA capacity scalable to 1500 MVA, while GETCO is building a 400 kV substation for dual-source redundancy—ensuring reliable and future-ready power supply.

Canal Front

The 6.5 km Canal Front at Dholera SIR is designed for both smart stormwater management and public recreation. It efficiently channels runoff while creating a landscaped green corridor with spaces for art, culture, and community activities—emerging as a vibrant attraction for residents and visitors alike.

Road network  & Utillity Corridor

Dholera SIR features a 72 km internal road network with widths from 18 to 70 meters, supported by integrated underground utility corridors for water, gas, and ICT. With walkways, cycling tracks, green plantations, and a reserved rapid transit corridor, the city is built for seamless mobility and future-ready growth.

Solar Power Plant

The Dholera Solar Park is a massive 5,000 MW (5 GW) project located in Gujarat's Dholera Special Investment Region (DSIR), aiming to be one of the world’s largest. Developed on 11,000 hectares, this Ultra Mega Solar Project features major players like Tata Power and Adani Group. It is designed to foster sustainable energy with significant investments to support the smart city's infrastructure.

A modern, 11-garage fire station is under development in the Activation Area of the Dholera Special Investment Region (DSIR) to strengthen emergency response and safety, supported by a ₹25 crore investment.
