Tata Group & ADI Forge Strategic Alliance to Boost India’s Semiconductor Future

Tata Group and Analog Devices, Inc. (ADI) have announced a strategic partnership aimed at exploring collaborative opportunities in manufacturing.

This partnership includes Tata Electronics, Tata Motors, and Tejas Networks, who have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with ADI. The goal is to deepen their strategic and business cooperation, exploring avenues for semiconductor manufacturing within India and leveraging ADI’s advanced technology in Tata’s applications such as electric vehicles (EVs) and network infrastructure. The companies will also engage in strategic discussions to align their roadmaps for future development.

This collaboration is viewed as a major step toward building a stronger electronics manufacturing ecosystem in India, positioning the country as a key player in both domestic and global markets.
